Returns Policy

At Promise Serenity Bundles & More we maintain a high level of quality assurance. Your order is prepared, professionally packed, and inspected before being shipped to you. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality products possible. At this time all sales are final. We do not provide refunds (please see our processing policy for the exception to this).

Shipping

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please double check the shipping information prior to ordering as you are responsible for the shipping charges. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS or via FedEx and a confirmation email with shipping information is sent to the email provided. Orders are shipped within 7 days unless you pay for expedited services. Please be advised during g periods of high volume such as holidays and sales shipping may take a little longer.

Local Pickup

Local pick up is available for items on hand for customers in the Columbia, SC area. Pick up address will be provided via email along with a time and date.
