Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please double check the shipping information prior to ordering as you are responsible for the shipping charges. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS or via FedEx and a confirmation email with shipping information is sent to the email provided. Orders are shipped within 7 days unless you pay for expedited services. Please be advised during periods of high volume such as holidays and sales shipping may take a little longer.

PROCESSING

We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders except for items in our "Ready To Go" section. This processing time frame is subject to change due to customization of products (custom products normally take at least 5 days), sales or holidays. You will receive an email with all information.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pick up is available for items on hand for customers in the Columbia, SC area. Pick up address will be provided via email along with a time and date. Please be advised during periods of high volume such as holidays and sales pick up may take longer than 24-48 hours.
